Team Dynamics

The Product Sales team consists of highly skilled specialists who take the lead on key deals involving Stripe's most vital products. The Terminal Product Sales team is focused on tapping into a colossal $15 trillion market opportunity for integrated online and offline commerce. This group operates with agility, visibility, and a cross-functional approach!

Your Role

As an Account Executive for Product (Terminal) at Stripe, you will leverage your sales acumen and product knowledge to propel the growth of our Unified Commerce suite, which encompasses both hardware and software payment solutions. Collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams will be paramount as you deepen your understanding of our offerings and industry landscape, driving strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in facilitating comprehensive product discussions with both current and potential clients while implementing our go-to-market strategy.

You are a skilled salesperson who can engage in both business-oriented and technical discussions across various levels of an organization, including top executives. Your ability to create value in competitive scenarios is complemented by a passion for products that demand a profound understanding and technical insight. You thrive in client interactions as well as in working with internal stakeholders, including leadership. Eager to become an expert, you are also enthusiastic about disseminating your knowledge. With a self-starting attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset, you consistently enhance processes and the organizations around you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business expansion by identifying, pursuing, and securing new customers for Stripe Terminal.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, with a keen focus on increasing Stripe Terminal's market presence.
  • Lead impactful sales discussions with potential clients, advocating for Stripe Terminal’s software, hardware, and payment solutions as the ideal choice.
  • Formulate and implement go-to-market tactics to surpass competitors and promote adoption.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, driving upselling opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a reliable advisor and Terminal expert, both for clients and within the organization.
🕐 Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
