Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using JobGan ("the Service") operated by JobGan ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
JobGan provides a platform for job seekers to browse job listings and for employers to post job opportunities. The Service is available free of charge to job seekers. Employer accounts and job posting services may be subject to fees as outlined on our pricing page.
You may not use the Service:
JobGan aggregates job listings from multiple third-party sources. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of every listing. Job seekers should exercise due diligence before applying for any position. JobGan is not responsible for the content of third-party job listings.
Employer-posted jobs are subject to review. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Our AI Resume Match feature analyzes your uploaded resume to suggest relevant job matches. By uploading a resume, you grant JobGan a limited, non-exclusive license to process its content solely for the purpose of generating job recommendations during your session. We do not permanently retain resume content unless you create an account.
Employers who post jobs on JobGan are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must comply with all applicable employment laws, including (but not limited to) the Canadian Human Rights Act, provincial employment standards legislation, and applicable US employment laws for cross-border postings.
Payment for job posting services is non-refundable once a listing has been published, except where required by law.
The JobGan brand, logo, platform design, and original content are the property of JobGan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobGan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
