Responsibilities : As an Account Manager, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth for our business clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing small business customers and actively networking with local business leaders to create valuable business development opportunities. - Gaining a deep understanding of your clients' needs to offer tailored advice and solutions that best serve their interests. - Collaborating with our Internal Branch Banking network, Commercial Banking Centers, and Wealth partners to provide comprehensive support and holistic advice to our customers. - Staying informed about industry trends and enhancing your knowledge of business practices, as well as sharing insights within your team to foster a culture of continuous learning. - Contributing to a positive and innovative team environment that prioritizes quality and excellence in service.
