Responsibilities **
• Review employee expense reports ensuring compliance with corporate and tax regulations • Process daily deposits in the accounting system • Complete expense reports for designated employees • Input supplier invoices into accounting system and handle coding for various invoices • Prepare documentation required for new supplier setup • Reallocate expenses/hours to appropriate project tasks based on billing department requests • Provide additional support to the payables team for related tasks as needed

Requirements **
• D.E.P. or D.E.C. in administration or accounting, or equivalent training/work experience • 2-4 years of experience in similar role • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency • Analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational rigor • Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong organizational abilities • Team player with collaborative mindset • Oracle software knowledge (asset) • Functional English proficiency (written and oral) for occasional interactions with international colleagues and partners
