About the Team: The Finance Operations (FinOps) team plays a crucial role in supporting Stripe's core services. By leveraging data and operational expertise, FinOps provides essential solutions in technology, procurement, billing, payroll, and supplier management, ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities : As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, your primary focus will be to enhance user experience by ensuring the efficient onboarding of contracts and workflows. Key responsibilities include: - Onboarding custom contracts into our billing systems with precision. - Interpreting legal terminology within contracts, demonstrating keen attention to detail. - Developing scalable and auditable onboarding processes for all users. - Collaborating with internal teams, including deal desk, legal, sales ops, and engineering, to refine processes. - Assisting account managers in resolving user inquiries related to onboarding, billing, and collections. - Analyzing operational processes and recommending improvements to enhance user experience. - Supporting system implementations related to billing and collections, along with internal and external audit processes. - Contributing to the scaling and optimization of our processes through key projects and initiatives. - Gaining insights into various business operations at Stripe, and adapting quickly to our methodologies. - Playing a pivotal role in establishing a new team culture and operational framework within Stripe. - Conducting monthly and quarterly analysis of key metrics and participating in ad hoc projects.
