**Overview**
Join Sortable as a Publisher Development Manager and drive revenue growth through strategic publisher partnerships. Working under the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll leverage your ad tech expertise to identify and secure high-value publisher relationships that fuel our cutting-edge monetization platform.

Responsibilities **
• Drive new business acquisition through multi-channel outreach including phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual and in-person meetings • Target and pursue mid-tier and premium publishers with compelling value propositions • Own your sales pipeline from prospecting through deal closure, consistently hitting revenue targets • Execute high-value contract negotiations and deal closures • Maintain regular communication with leadership on deal progress and market challenges • Partner with senior leadership team on strategic deal execution • Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and CRM data management

Requirements **
• 3-5 years of proven success in Publisher Development with consistent results • Deep understanding of digital media landscape combined with entrepreneurial drive • Strong relationship management abilities with genuine customer-first approach • Innovative problem-solving skills and adaptability • Excellent presentation and communication capabilities • Self-directed work style with independent execution abilities • Hunter mentality - self-motivated change agent who drives results
