We are seeking a talented Staff Advanced Analyst to enhance our capabilities in supporting the Customer Support (CS) Safety team. This role is integral to ensuring seamless travel experiences while leveraging advanced analytics to drive impactful decisions.
Responsibilities : As a Staff Advanced Analyst, you will play a key role in collaborating with Product and Business leaders within the CS Safety organization. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as a data-driven partner, providing insights and recommendations that empower teams to make informed decisions. - Developing and managing daily analytics operations while creating scalable data tools that enhance our analytical capacity. - Identifying challenges faced by travelers and hosts, collaborating with product leadership to enhance the overall user experience for guests, hosts, and agents. - Utilizing Airbnb’s extensive data resources and cutting-edge machine learning tools to foster measurement capabilities within the organization. - Engaging with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, designers, and operational agents to pursue shared objectives that uphold the safety and trust of the Airbnb community.
Requirements : To excel in this role, you should have: - A passion for using data and insights to solve intricate problems within the community support domain, offering fresh perspectives on existing solutions. - Proficiency in developing and analyzing analytical frameworks, statistical models, and experimental methods to clarify causal relationships. - Strong storytelling skills, capable of transforming complex data into compelling narratives that engage and guide others. -
Experience in leading data-driven initiatives and producing actionable solutions to address product and operational challenges, effectively communicating with stakeholders across various technical backgrounds.
