Responsibilities **
As our Adventure Travel Product Specialist, you'll craft exceptional travel experiences from concept to completion. Design engaging self-guided hiking and cycling itineraries that embody authenticity, sustainability, and independence. Map and validate routes while assessing terrain difficulty, transportation links, and attractions.
Build partnerships with local accommodations, transfer services, and suppliers to guarantee premium experiences. Calculate competitive pricing while maintaining profitable margins through strategic supplier negotiations. Create comprehensive trip documentation including detailed notes, maps, and GPX files.
Monitor traveler feedback to continuously enhance itinerary quality. Collaborate with Destination Managers and support Adventure Sales Specialists with customer inquiries. Conduct pre-departure verification of transport schedules and handle emergency situations, providing real-time solutions for accommodation issues, supplier problems, or travel disruptions.

Requirements **
Candidates must demonstrate genuine passion for adventure travel and active tourism. Strong route planning expertise and logistics coordination skills are essential.
Experience in supplier relationship management and travel industry operations preferred. Excellent problem-solving abilities for emergency response situations required.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
