Overview: Convact, a dynamic marketing agency located in Sinsheim, is on the lookout for an innovative AI Automation Engineer to elevate our internal processes through cutting-edge AI and automation solutions. This role goes beyond traditional IT management; it focuses on real-world implementation and transformation. We seek an individual who is not only enthusiastic about modern AI tools but also adept at translating them into effective business processes.
Responsibilities : As our AI Automation Engineer, you will: - Analyze current workflows within the agency to pinpoint areas that can be enhanced through AI and automation for improved speed, cleanliness, and scalability. - Design, implement, and maintain automations using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar systems. - Integrate various tools and platforms via APIs, webhooks, databases, and interfaces to ensure seamless information flow and stable processes. - Create internal AI workflows across departments including sales, project management, reporting, content creation, recruiting, and back office operations. - Experiment with new AI models, tools, and agent setups, assessing their practical applications for our business needs. - Maintain thorough documentation of processes, workflows, and technical solutions to ensure long-term usability and scalability. - Assist in the rollout of new digital processes within the team, ensuring they are effectively utilized in daily operations. - Develop unique solutions when low-code options fall short, contributing to the evolution of new AI solutions and potential SaaS products.
Requirements : - Proven experience in process automation, preferably with tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier. - Familiarity with contemporary AI tools and models, such as ChatGPT and Claude, along with the ability to effectively integrate them into workflows. - Understanding of technical fundamentals including APIs, webhooks, JSON, and interface logic. - Programming skills in Python or JavaScript are a plus, enabling you to create tailored solutions when necessary. - Strong organizational skills, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude, coupled with a desire to not just plan but also implement solutions. - Quick learner, eager to dive into new tools and technologies, making a tangible impact in a growing company.
