We are on the lookout for an individual who not only comprehends generative AI from a technical perspective but can also translate it into robust, practical applications.
Responsibilities In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and refining applications based on LLM technology, with a focus on Conversational AI, Voice AI, and intelligent interactions. You will shape the behaviors of AI systems to ensure they operate in a helpful, consistent, controllable, and user-oriented manner. Your responsibilities will include crafting and enhancing prompts, interaction logics, and control mechanisms as part of resilient AI solutions.
You will also design testing, evaluation, and quality assurance processes to systematically measure response quality, reliability, compliance, and robustness. Identifying weaknesses such as hallucinations, undesirable behaviors, or inconsistent responses will be critical, and you will develop actionable improvements based on your findings. Collaboration with various departments, product managers, and technical teams will be key to translating requirements into actionable AI use cases.
You will guide the evolution of prototypes into production-ready solutions while balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of standards and best practices for the responsible deployment of generative AI and assist in identifying and prioritizing new AI applications that deliver measurable value.
Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field. Practical experience in Applied AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, or AI-driven product solutions is essential. A deep understanding of generative AI systems, their operational mechanics, and the methodologies required for quality control is crucial.
Experience in at least one of the following areas is preferred: developing LLM-based applications, Conversational AI, Chatbots, Voicebots, prompt engineering in a production context, AI Solutions Engineering, or evaluation and testing of AI systems. Proficiency in Python, APIs, JSON, workflows, or cloud-based development environments will be advantageous. Lastly, a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset is a must.
