Responsibilities As our new Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our lead generation strategies. Your main focus will be on the design, planning, and execution of targeted marketing initiatives aimed at physicians and therapists. This includes organizing webinars, professional events, partnerships, and creating engaging content formats.
You will collaborate closely with our sales, online marketing, and executive teams, taking charge of performance metrics, budgeting, and the continual progression of our marketing efforts. - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive B2B lead generation. - Manage the entire lead generation funnel, including planning, execution, control, and optimization of campaigns, tools, and KPIs. - Organize and oversee webinars, professional events, seminars, and various other engagements. - Nurture and expand existing partnerships with relevant organizations in the healthcare sector. - Create and enhance marketing materials and lead generation content such as white papers, presentations, brochures, flyers, and ads. - Conceptualize and occasionally execute design, text, image, and video projects, utilizing modern AI and image generation tools. - Plan and oversee the marketing budget while analyzing and evaluating marketing activities using standard CRM, reporting, and analysis tools. - Manage projects effectively, coordinating with external service providers like agencies and printers. - Continuously improve existing formats, processes, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in B2B marketing and a deep understanding of how to engage healthcare audiences effectively. You should possess a strategic mindset and structured work ethic, comfortable with both conceptual planning and hands-on execution. A strong desire to be visible, build connections, and actively shape initiatives such as webinars, events, or partnerships is essential. - A completed degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or a related area.
