Responsibilities **

As our Backend Developer, you'll be instrumental in creating and maintaining the robust services that support thousands of frontline workers daily. Your work will span across teams as you collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and Engineering to deliver exceptional solutions. Key duties include developing backend services using Python and PostgreSQL, operating within distributed microservices architecture, and contributing to technical design documentation.

You'll deliver quality code supported by automated testing, help evolve our AWS and Docker-based cloud infrastructure, participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements, engage in code reviews and technical mentorship, and leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and explore innovative problem-solving methods.

Requirements **

We're seeking candidates with 3+ years of backend development experience and strong Python expertise (or eagerness to master it). You should have solid knowledge of microservices architecture and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Docker preferred) is essential, along with familiarity in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Comfort using AI tools for coding assistance, documentation, and task automation is highly valued.

Our tech stack includes Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, GitHub CI/CD, and expanding AI productivity tools.
