We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive the successful market entry and long-term growth of Sprinklr in Poland. The role requires a strong track record in enterprise sales, ability to open and develop new markets, and confident presence in front of senior stakeholders.

Requirements 5-7 years of professional experience in a sales-related environmentEstablished network in the Polish marketProven experience in customer management and acquisitionStrong understanding of Customer

Experience , analytics, digital marketing, social media, or MarTechSolid SaaS expertise, ideally including experience with platforms such as SprinklrConfident in navigating complex stakeholder environmentsStrong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insightsSolid understanding of KPIs
