Responsibilities : In your role as the Business Operations & Programs Lead, you will be instrumental in propelling the Services sector of Airbnb forward. Your focus will be on analyzing supply and demand across various countries and customer segments, allowing you to derive insights that drive key business metrics. You will engage in detailed data analysis, define important benchmarks, and synthesize findings into high-level insights that guide prioritization.

Your ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail will be essential for success in this role. Specific tasks include: - Performing advanced analysis to generate insights that guide strategic decisions in key markets. - Utilizing your analytical prowess to convert data insights into actionable operational strategies that elevate the Services business and streamline processes. - Establishing new metrics and identifying indicators of crucial business outcomes. - Creating dashboards to monitor performance metrics across different markets and customer demographics, setting clear benchmarks. - Cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, offering valuable insights and support.
