Responsibilities : As our business expands throughout the DACH region, you will be at the forefront, overseeing the daily execution of significant client campaigns. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards. You'll serve as the key liaison among internal teams, creators, and clients, while also mentoring and supporting junior staff.
Your daily tasks will include: - Leading the execution of client campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and KPIs. - Supervising and guiding Client Services Executives, prioritizing tasks for optimal results. - Monitoring budgets and expenditure across all campaigns. - Reviewing creator selections and content to ensure quality and alignment with client objectives. - Managing client communications and meetings, occasionally taking the lead. - Overseeing reporting processes to provide accurate data and actionable insights. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced workflows.
Requirements : We are looking for a candidate with: - At least 3 years of experience in an agency, brand, or digital marketing setting. - Proven experience in managing or mentoring junior team members. - Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, with a background in client interaction. - A keen attention to detail, especially regarding budgets, timelines, and content quality. - A solid grasp of the social media and creator landscape, particularly within the DACH region. - An appreciation for creative excellence and high-quality content. - Familiarity with AI tools or emerging technologies to enhance workflows and campaign performance. - A proactive, solution-driven attitude and sense of ownership. - Comfort in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
Language
Requirements : - Native-level German proficiency. - Fluent, professional English (both written and spoken). - Additional languages are a plus.
Work Environment: Our office is located in Kurfürstendamm, Berlin, where we promote a flexible in-office schedule. Team members are expected to work on-site three days a week, with a mandatory team gathering every Thursday for collaboration and connection.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
