We Work Remotely is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager for their rapidly expanding real estate coaching consultancy. This remote opportunity involves supporting agents across North America who leverage AI, paid advertising, and systematic approaches to grow their businesses. With 60+ successful client transformations, the company needs a dedicated professional to ensure continued client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities **
As the primary client contact, you'll guide new clients through comprehensive onboarding, including kickoff sessions, asset collection, and KPI establishment. You'll conduct regular check-in calls while monitoring performance metrics to identify potential issues before they escalate. Coordination with media buyers, technical support teams, and virtual assistants ensures seamless campaign execution.
You'll also drive renewal discussions, manage upselling opportunities, and maintain detailed SOPs while gathering client testimonials and success stories.

Requirements **
Candidates need 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or agency operations, with proven ability to retain at-risk clients through effective communication. Strong digital marketing knowledge is essential for identifying campaign issues, along with systematic thinking and proactive problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Go High Level, Meta Ads Manager, and Zoom is required.
This role demands independence, direct client communication comfort, and proactive issue management.

Compensation :** $36,000 CAD base salary plus performance bonuses tied to retention and upsells, with $100,000+ target OTE. Full-time remote position with EST hours and flexible scheduling.
