Overview Join MY Humancapital GmbH in Munich as a Collections Management Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in financial operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to start as soon as possible in this vital position.

Responsibilities As a Collections Management Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing cash orders, managing changes in receivables, and handling deferments and waivers. Your duties will include recording both cash and non-cash payments, addressing bounced checks, and creating the check deposit directory. You will also execute internal reconciliations, rebookings, and offsets.

Additionally, you will correct any erroneous bookings, resolve overpayments, send out payment notifications, and tackle complex issues related to payment and collections management. Your role will also involve managing ancillary claims, issuing reminders for outstanding debts, and initiating compulsory collections when necessary. You will prepare garnishment and transfer orders, oversee the invoicing of external service providers, and align enforcement outcomes with relevant departments.

Requirements To qualify for this position, you should have a completed training as an accountant, office management specialist, industrial clerk, or a similar qualification in finance or accounts receivable. Ideally, you will have prior experience in roles such as an accountant, collections management specialist, accounts receivable clerk, or in financial and accounting administration. Strong proficiency in accounting software, a solid command of MS Office, and quick comprehension abilities are essential.

You should also possess excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a service-oriented approach when interacting via phone or email. Proficient German language skills are a must to succeed in this role.
