Communications Strategist for Agents in Ireland at Airbnb

We are expanding our Content & Knowledge Management Team, and we’re looking for a Communications Strategist focused on agent communications to help us streamline important updates and information.

Responsibilities : As an Agent Communications Strategist, you will play a crucial role in directing the communication strategy aimed at our support agents. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and effective messaging regarding significant changes, product launches, and essential operational updates. Your daily tasks will include: - Establishing and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders to align communication strategies with our organizational objectives. - Overseeing and optimizing editorial calendars to maximize content impact across multiple delivery platforms. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance agent readiness and operational efficiency through effective communication strategies. - Leading initiatives to assess and improve our communication tools and workflows, leveraging feedback and metrics to drive strategic enhancements. - Influencing long-term communication goals and strategies by working hand-in-hand with the Knowledge Strategist to inform agent tooling development. - Mentoring the Agent Comms team to enhance clarity in roles and improve overall performance outcomes.

Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field.
