Responsibilities : As the Connectivity Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for our Hotels Connectivity initiatives. Your primary focus will be on leading a talented team dedicated to managing and enhancing relationships with our Connectivity partners, including Channel Managers, CRS, and PMS systems. Your efforts will facilitate real-time inventory updates, seamless reservation processes, and greater visibility for our hotel partners, ultimately driving increased bookings.
Key duties include: - Overseeing a team of Connectivity Partner Managers and Specialists, guiding them in partner management and new business development. - Ensuring your team meets or surpasses quarterly revenue and supply acquisition targets. - Crafting and implementing a comprehensive global strategy playbook in collaboration with a distributed team of Connectivity Partners. - Establishing a consistent operational framework, setting and tracking KPIs, and analyzing business growth metrics to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
Requirements : To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in partnership management within the hospitality or technology sectors. Key qualifications include: - Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. - Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
