Responsibilities **
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractor activities across multiple project sites • Assess and evaluate daily operational performance to ensure project efficiency • Develop comprehensive planning strategies and organize daily construction operations • Create detailed construction project budget estimates and financial submissions • Draft contracts while negotiating revisions, modifications, and contractual additions • Interpret blueprints, technical schemas, and architectural drawings with precision • Generate comprehensive project reports and documentation • Strategically plan and organize construction projects from inception to completion • Collaborate with clients to develop contracts and detailed project specifications

Requirements **
• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent professional experience • 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant construction industry experience • Strong analytical skills for blueprint and technical drawing interpretation • Excellent communication abilities for client consultation and subcontractor coordination • Proven capability in budget preparation and contract negotiation • Flexibility to work various schedules including early morning, day shifts, and on-call arrangements • Commitment to environmentally responsible construction practices
