Overview: Join Flora Food Group as a Continuous Improvement Officer in our Kleve facility and play a pivotal role in shaping our safety culture. This position is as diverse as our recipes and products, focusing on analyzing and optimizing processes such as material usage, energy management, and waste reduction strategies.
Responsibilities : As a Continuous Improvement Officer, you will lead and execute projects aimed at ongoing enhancements utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Your role will include training and mentoring staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will manage various projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with company goals.
Requirements : To thrive in this position, you should possess a degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent vocational training with relevant expertise. A background in project management, particularly in TPM, WCM, or Lean Six Sigma, is essential, along with 3-5 years of experience in the field, preferably within the food industry. Strong leadership skills and experience in both functional and disciplinary staff management are required.
Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office applications will be beneficial. You should be adaptable to changing topics and possess fluent communication skills in both German and English.
