Responsibilities : As part of our growing content team, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality video content for our performance campaigns. Your tasks will include: - Structuring and refining UGC raw footage, iterating quickly while maintaining a keen eye for what resonates on platforms like Meta and TikTok. - Creating engaging videos for our digital platforms and performance campaigns, which includes editing, scriptwriting, and sound design. - Editing video material provided by our content partners and UGC creators. - Crafting creative and informative teasers with compelling headlines, descriptions, and visual elements. - Actively participating in topic research and brainstorming sessions. - Assisting in the conceptualization and planning of new video formats. - Sharing responsibility for content management, from reviewing and archiving to preparing and uploading materials. - Independently filming when needed, leveraging your experience with modern video techniques on a project basis.
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should have: - A completed education or degree in Editing, Media Design, or Communication Design with a focus on video, or demonstrate natural talent in this area. - Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. - A good sense of 2D Motion Graphics and the ability to quickly implement animations and template adjustments. -
Experience in color correction and grading. - A passion for social media and digital trends, with familiarity in formats like TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and Instagram feeds. - A collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. - Ideally, prior experience behind the camera.
