As part of our Renewals Team in Dublin, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to increase the internet's GDP by ensuring seamless contract renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. This team collaborates closely with sales on the strategic and analytical elements of renewals, from spotting upcoming contracts to uncovering cross-sell potential.

Responsibilities

• Drive renewal pipeline management and track key engagement benchmarks
• Analyze customer purchase patterns and renewal history to provide strategic recommendations
• Monitor renewal coverage KPIs across different segments and regions
• Collaborate with Sales teams to identify renewal, expansion, and upsell prospects based on account insights
• Support complex pricing proposals, enabling Sales teams to concentrate on growth opportunities
• Contribute to Stripe's Renewals strategy development in coordination with broader Sales objectives
• Streamline repeatable workflows through automation, process enhancement, and tooling improvements
• Foster a collaborative environment emphasizing ownership, customer focus, and positive team dynamics

Requirements

The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional collaboration, project management of complex initiatives, and making data-informed decisions. Experience in deal structuring and building scalable processes is highly valued.
