• Master Mapon's comprehensive product portfolio and operational workflows • Review and enhance AI-translated Help Center materials for technical precision • Contribute to software platform localization efforts and translation oversight • Collaborate on diverse localization initiatives across multiple markets • Work alongside seasoned professionals in our international tech ecosystem

Requirements **
• Excellent English proficiency (mandatory) • Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Lithuanian, Estonian, or French • Advanced computer skills with expertise in Google Suite, AI platforms, and various software applications • Technical aptitude for interpreting complex documentation and system operations • Outstanding collaborative and interpersonal communication abilities • Genuine interest in transportation, logistics, automotive sectors, telecommunications, engineering, or programming • Passion for problem-solving and customer assistance
