Overview: Join Sendcloud as a Customer Support Specialist in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, and embark on an exciting journey where you will be more than just a troubleshooter. You will guide, coach, and occasionally work your magic to help our customers thrive. In this fully remote role, your mission is to assist B2B e-commerce clients with a myriad of challenges, ranging from software inquiries and shipping logistics to finance-related questions.

Responsibilities : Your day-to-day will involve engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and tickets, ensuring that every interaction is professional, supportive, and, most importantly, human. Rather than merely providing answers, your goal is to empower customers to make confident decisions and become true shipping experts. Additionally, your role extends beyond reactive support; you will be encouraged to identify patterns, suggest improvements, and help shape the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Depending on your interests, you will also have opportunities for personal growth, skill enhancement, and exploration in areas like process optimization, product knowledge, or training and quality assurance.

Requirements : To be successful in this role, you should be fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills. Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but your passion for helping others and problem-solving is what truly counts.
