Responsibilities **
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics solutions including customizations, plugins, flows, and managed solutions • Automate deployment processes across Development, Testing, and Production environments • Oversee CRM solution versioning and release management • Connect CRM systems with monitoring tools, logging systems, and alert mechanisms • Implement DevSecOps practices, embedding security throughout the entire pipeline • Support rollback procedures, hotfix deployment, and incident management workflows • Collaborate with solution architects to maintain technical and operational standards • Standardize environments and automate infrastructure processes where applicable
**
Requirements **
• Proven experience implementing DevOps methodologies with Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Proficiency in Azure DevOps tools (Pipelines, Repos, and Boards) • Hands-on experience with Power Platform CLI and CRM solution automation • Strong understanding of Git version control systems • Knowledge of monitoring and observability practices • Understanding of security protocols, environment segregation, and audit procedures
