Adventure Travel 365, the luxury travel media brand under iTrade's dynamic barter marketplace, seeks a talented Digital Designer & Web Developer to own our complete digital creative process. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, iTrade connects businesses through innovative trade solutions while Adventure Travel 365 showcases extraordinary destinations to affluent travelers. This full-time remote position (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST) offers the unique opportunity to handle both creative design and technical development independently, bringing concepts from initial idea through final implementation.

Responsibilities **

As our solo digital creative professional, you'll design, build, and maintain company websites using WordPress while creating compelling visual assets for multiple channels. Your day-to-day work includes developing responsive web pages, landing pages, and UI components, plus producing graphics for email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising. You'll update website content, optimize performance and speed, resolve technical bugs efficiently, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Additionally, you'll enhance user experience through layout improvements and apply fundamental SEO practices for better search visibility.

Requirements **

We need someone with demonstrated WordPress development experience and a portfolio showcasing your work. Essential technical skills include solid HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript knowledge, plus proficiency in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional visual judgment for layout, typography, and brand consistency while thriving in an independent work environment.
