Responsibilities As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will independently manage our social media channels, overseeing everything from strategic planning to execution. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and enhancing our presence across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. - Creating high-quality content such as photos, videos, and written material that resonates authentically with our audience. - Collaborating with external creators, including photographers and videographers, to produce engaging content. - Establishing and maintaining a structured content calendar and editorial plan. - Identifying and managing influencer partnerships to amplify brand awareness. - Building strong relationships with online magazines, blogs, and platforms. - Crafting and refining social media strategies based on analysis of trends, competitors, and content performance. - Evaluating performance metrics to inform ongoing optimization efforts.

Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector. - A deep understanding of the German market, consumer behavior, and digital trends. - Proven experience in content creation and social media management. - Strong proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous. - An ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. - A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of branding and content quality.
