This full-time hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding company dedicated to fostering the energy transition across Europe.
With support from BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts, ILOS has been at the forefront of developing and operating large-scale solar PV projects since 2018.
Responsibilities : As the Digital Transformation & Process Manager, you will be instrumental in defining, executing, and enhancing comprehensive business processes throughout the organization. You will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams, enhancing process maturity and ensuring transparency and scalability in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting and advancing the end-to-end process framework in alignment with company goals. - Establishing a clear vision and actionable roadmap for process excellence and digital initiatives. - Identifying and designing critical value-adding processes, ensuring clarity in ownership and governance. - Leading the deployment of standardized processes across various business units by fostering collaboration among Project Management, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams. - Analyzing current processes to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and driving initiatives focused on quality and scalability.
Requirements : To thrive in this role, candidates should possess: - A university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant professional experience in process management, implementation, or operational excellence. - A strong grasp of end-to-end processes and value chains, particularly in project-driven settings. - Proven ability in managing diverse stakeholders at various seniority levels. - Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. -
Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly with solar projects, is highly desirable. This position offers a competitive salary and the chance to contribute to sustainable growth in the renewable energy landscape.
