Overview: Jobbusters® GmbH is actively seeking a motivated individual to join a prestigious investment firm located in Munich as a Digitalization and IT Process Assistant. This role is available through direct placement, effective immediately.
Responsibilities : In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in supporting the digitization of internal business processes. Your tasks will include analyzing, optimizing, and documenting existing IT workflows. You will also assist in the implementation of new digital tools and systems, acting as a vital link between various departments and the IT team.
Additionally, you will contribute to project management efforts, including planning, coordination, and controlling activities, while maintaining and enhancing process documentation.
Requirements : Candidates should possess a completed commercial or IT-related education, or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience in digitalization, process management, or IT support is beneficial but not mandatory. A structured, analytical, and solution-focused approach to work is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and a strong affinity for digital topics and IT processes are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both teamwork and the ability to work independently.
