Responsibilities At fleetster, we prioritize developing our Customer Success Managers from within the Support team. Your journey will unfold in two key phases:
Phase 1 (Approximately 12 Months): Mastering the Product - Engage in 1st and 2nd Level Support, addressing customer inquiries with a structured and solution-oriented approach. - Become a product expert in our cloud-based software for carsharing and fleet management.
Phase 2: Taking on Responsibility - After successfully transitioning from the support phase, gradually manage your own portfolio of existing clients. - Facilitate onboarding sessions and training for new users. - Identify improvement opportunities for clients and contribute to the strategic growth of their accounts.
Requirements - Prior experience in a support role, preferably within a SaaS environment or any customer-centric position. - A technical mindset with a passion for thoroughly understanding software applications. - A structured and analytical approach to work. - Excellent communication skills in both German and English. - A strong desire to evolve into a Customer Success role in the long term.
