As a Teaching Assistant in our Product Management Bootcamp, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our participants towards achieving their career aspirations while contributing to a transformative educational experience.
Responsibilities - **Content Creation**: Develop, update, and enhance training materials for our online classroom. Ensure content is current, visually appealing, and aligns with our branding. Collaborate with our team to create innovative course offerings. - **Mentorship & Support**: Act as a mentor and point of contact for participants, providing guidance on projects, tools, and bootcamp processes.
Conduct personalized 1:1 mentoring sessions via video or audio calls, offering tailored feedback on project work. Facilitate interactive small group discussions on relevant topics to enrich the learning experience. - **Organization**: Track participant progress and attendance meticulously. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, while analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements - **Passion for Product and Technology**: A strong enthusiasm for digital products, their development, and the application of AI in product management. - **Professional
Experience **: At least 2 years of experience in product management within SaaS, mobile apps, platforms, or similar digital products.
Experience in supporting students or clients, preferably in education or tech environments. - **Communication
Skills **: Empathy and clarity in video calls, presentations, and interactions with participants. Ability to communicate and present effectively to target audiences. - **Organizational
Skills **: Strong structured work habits, goal orientation, and the ability to maintain oversight in dynamic settings. - **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools. - **Willingness to Learn**: Eager to dive deeper into product management and product design topics, building, deepening, and sharing knowledge. - **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
