Responsibilities : As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a vital part of our Account Management team, which is key to the success of our restaurant partners in Germany. Your primary focus will be on managing our largest small to medium-sized business (SMB) merchants, enhancing their engagement with Wolt's offerings, and driving growth on our platform. Your daily tasks will include: - Promoting Wolt's products: Utilize your business insight and analytical skills to enhance product adoption among restaurant partners. - Fostering strategic partnerships: Lead intricate commercial negotiations to bolster relationships with key restaurant partners, all while achieving financial targets. - Analyzing portfolio performance: Regularly assess your portfolio's metrics, interpret complex datasets, and provide consultative insights to your partners. - Conducting business reviews: Organize periodic meetings, showcase business performance, and guide discussions with a consultative approach. - Collaborating with marketing: Partner with our Marketing team to design and implement campaigns alongside restaurant partners. - Mentoring: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for your team, offering training and guidance to help elevate their skills. - Market analysis: Keep a close watch on industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform Wolt's product enhancements.
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should possess: - Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing commercial position, such as Account Management, Sales, or Marketing. - Strong strategic thinking skills: A deep understanding of the financial aspects of the industry and the ability to identify opportunities that foster mutual growth for both Wolt and its partners.
