Responsibilities **
• Execute precise and prompt journal entries plus balance sheet reconciliations during monthly closing cycles • Conduct comprehensive financial statement variance reviews, documenting significant fluctuation explanations and spotting irregularities • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering accounting systems, operational workflows, and essential procedures • Discover and execute process enhancements that optimize financial operations and enable organizational scalability • Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless financial reporting and operational excellence • Utilize innovative tools including SQL, Alteryx, and AI-driven automation to transform traditional accounting processes

Requirements **
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines •
Experience with financial reporting, journal entries, and reconciliation processes • Proficiency or willingness to learn data analysis tools (SQL, Alteryx preferred) • Interest in automation technologies and AI applications in finance • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Curiosity-driven mindset with passion for continuous learning and innovation • Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth company culture
