**Overview** Plan A Technologies is on the lookout for an Executive in Residence (EiR) to enhance our Financial Services division. This impactful six-month role is ideal for seasoned professionals such as SVPs, EVPs, Managing Directors, or C-suite executives who have a rich background at the convergence of finance and technology. The position requires a commitment of approximately 10-20 hours per week.
In this role, you will provide critical technology guidance to both current and prospective clients while facilitating introductions to key players in the industry, including banks, hedge funds, wealth management firms, FinTech companies, private equity firms, insurance providers, and payment processors. **
Responsibilities ** - **Strategic Advisory**: Serve as a senior consultant, assisting clients in navigating significant technology hurdles, including legacy system upgrades, core banking transitions, AI implementation, and complex regulatory compliance issues. - **Sales & Business Development**: Utilize your extensive industry connections to identify and initiate new strategic partnerships and alliances for Plan A, which is a vital aspect of this position. Requirements ** - **Industry Tenure**: A minimum of 15 years of substantial experience in the financial services domain. - **Leadership Pedigree**: Proven track record in a senior role at a prominent financial services organization, bank, or comparable entity. - **Deep Network**: An extensive and active network of relationships with banks, payment companies, FinTech organizations, insurance firms, hedge funds, wealth management companies, private equity groups, etc. - **Technical Fluency**: A solid grasp of software development lifecycles, AI transformations, and the technological frameworks driving modern FinTech. - **Communication Mastery**: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills necessary for creating thought leadership content and engaging in high-level discussions. **About The Company/
