This versatile position offers Monday-Friday scheduling with hours ranging from 6:00am-6:00pm, plus potential additional hours and rotating weekends. Responsibilities **
• Execute venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures for patients of all ages • Gather specimens for drug screenings, paternity testing, and alcohol assessments • Complete accurate patient data entry within required timeframes • Handle billing processes and payment collection as needed • Prepare collected samples for laboratory testing and analysis • Maintain detailed patient and specimen documentation • Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service • Support administrative tasks and clerical functions • Travel between various clinic sites as assigned

Requirements **
Essential: High school diploma/GED and California Phlebotomy License (CPT). Alternatively, candidates with a pending CA Department of Health phlebotomy license application may qualify. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years phlebotomy experience, prior Labcorp experience, and 6+ months working with geriatric/pediatric populations.
Must pass color blindness screening, maintain clean driving record, be 21+ years old, and have dependable transportation.

Benefits **
Salary range: $21.00-$33.00/hour, plus additional $1.50/hour float incentive and mileage reimbursement. Eligible for quarterly performance-based bonus program.
