Freelance Content Creator / Video Producer in Munich for Social Media

Overview: Join THE DIGITALE, a leading full-service digital marketing agency in Munich, as a Freelance Content Creator / Video Producer. We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with us on an upcoming client project. Your expertise will help us blend creativity with data-driven performance, ensuring our content resonates with the target audience.

Responsibilities : - Manage the creation and execution of video content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. - Identify, select, and coordinate with appropriate actors and creators for video shoots. - Plan and implement efficient, scalable filming processes. - Oversee the post-production and editing phases to ensure top-quality output. - Collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to align on project goals. - Ensure that all content is suitable for social media, meets platform specifications, and is feasible for production. - Target audiences primarily include Gen Z, with secondary focus on Gen Y and older demographics.

Requirements : - Proven experience in creating social-first video content. - Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar formats. - Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation as well as a mix of real and AI-generated content (images, videos, motion). - Background in managing small to medium production projects, preferably in lifestyle, tech, or consumer sectors. - Access to personal equipment is preferred. - Fluent in German and proficient in English (collaborations may be conducted in English). - Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision. - Submission of verifiable references is mandatory. Project & Budget: The initial project will operate on a fixed monthly retainer basis with a limited budget. We are looking for someone who can deliver impactful results with lean productions and guarantee a specific volume of content. The first project is planned to begin in June 2026, pending the successful acquisition of the pitch.
