Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through friendly greetings, product recommendations, and assistance with purchasing decisions • Maintain assigned salesfloor sections through zoning, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise presentation meets company standards • Handle merchandise stocking, picking, and downstocking activities while applying product protection as needed • Support front-end operations and coordinate with team members to maintain adequate floor coverage • Process recovery merchandise from Customer Service and other store areas • Execute modular sets, including flex configurations, and update shelf capacity information • Relocate feature merchandise to designated modular locations • Promote workplace safety by completing safety sweep logs, securing displays and fixtures, and following all company policies • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
