Responsibilities **
• Develop and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and needs assessment • Deliver professional financial guidance covering complex credit and investment solutions for personal and business requirements • Lead Group Advantage onboarding sessions and educational events for workplace members • Partner with RBC specialists across financial planning, retirement services, mortgages, and business banking to provide comprehensive client solutions • Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance client experiences and drive performance outcomes • Take initiative in resolving client concerns and preventing potential banking issues • Execute relationship-building strategies and support new client acquisition within the local community • Guide clients through RBC's digital banking tools, including mobile apps, ATMs, and online platforms
**
Requirements **
• Mutual Funds license and Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation required • 2-3 years proven track record in financial services, with experience in credit, investments, and converting leads into successful client outcomes • Strong relationship-building abilities with talent for establishing trust and maintaining long-term client partnerships • Adaptable professional with excellent presentation skills and confidence in group settings • Tech-savvy with expertise across sales platforms, e-signature tools, and mobile technologies • Knowledge of Group Advantage workplace banking solutions preferred
