**Overview**
Join Providence Health Care in delivering one of BC's most significant healthcare infrastructure developments! This exciting one-year temporary position offers you the chance to play a pivotal role in the New St. Paul's Hospital construction project, working directly on-site in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
Reporting to the Construction/Technical Manager, you'll gain unparalleled exposure to large-scale capital project delivery while supporting this landmark healthcare facility build.

Responsibilities **
• Oversee comprehensive site administration including meeting coordination, high-volume communications management, supply procurement, and administrative team support • Serve as primary liaison for facility tours through May 2026, engaging with visitors and articulating project milestones with confidence and professionalism • Collaborate extensively with PCL Construction and coordinate daily interactions between internal teams and external stakeholders • Participate in external partnership meetings to advance community engagement and collaborative initiatives • Direct assigned project portfolio activities and provide project management support including deliverable tracking, budget monitoring, and component oversight • Conduct analysis, documentation, and prioritization of project requirements while facilitating communication between user groups, project teams, governance structures, and external consultants

Requirements **
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus 3-5 years of recent experience in facilities/capital project planning, design, and management • Proven track record with complex, multi-disciplinary facility projects • Progressive management/leadership experience in healthcare settings • Strong organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, and adaptability • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities • Construction technology knowledge and construction environment familiarity preferred • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and critical thinking skills
