Role Description We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Surrey, BC. This is an on-site role where you will provide frontline healthcare support, administer medical care within the scope of expertise, and deliver training as needed.
You will communicate effectively with team members, provide responsive healthcare services, and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
Qualifications • Background in Emergency Medical Training (EMT) and practical application in healthcare scenarios. • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document care plans. • Knowledge of fundamental Medicine and healthcare practices relevant to the role. •
Experience conducting healthcare-related Training sessions or delivering wellness education. • Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in high-pressure situations with sound judgment. • Certification or qualifications in healthcare, nursing, or a related field is preferred. • Current licensing or certification as required by provincial regulations. • Commitment to fostering a safe and healthy workplace environment.
