Responsibilities **
As Housing Manager, you will lead financial operations while monitoring expenditures and applying cost-benefit analysis to optimize resource allocation for effective program delivery. You'll direct housing program operations, coordinating staff activities, implementing policies, and resolving complex challenges to maintain exceptional service standards. The role involves partnering with national stakeholders and organizations to secure funding and support housing initiatives and facility enhancements.
You'll serve as the key liaison for high-profile events and partnerships, managing VIP coordination, community outreach, and program promotion activities. Additionally, you'll create and execute program materials including standard operating procedures, comprehensive reports, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements **
Candidates must meet all qualifications by the closing date. Current federal employees must satisfy time-in-grade requirements with 52 weeks of GS-11 experience (SF-50 documentation required). One year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level is essential, encompassing financial management with cost-benefit analysis, housing program oversight including staff coordination and policy implementation, collaboration with national organizations for funding acquisition, experience as primary contact for high-visibility events and partnerships, and development of program materials and communications.
