We are on the lookout for a Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) to serve as a key point of contact for leaders across several locations in Northern Germany, fostering effective HR business partnership.
Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will support and advise management on all matters related to personnel and labor law. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing policies and works agreements in collaboration with the works council, ensuring smooth implementation across the organization. You will also play a crucial role in the introduction of new HR processes and standards, working alongside your colleagues to ensure compliance.
Initiating and driving various HR projects will be part of your responsibilities, where you can actively contribute your knowledge and experience. Additionally, you will lead and nurture a small HR team, guiding their professional development with passion and commitment.
Requirements The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business or Human Resource Management (Bachelor’s/Master’s) or a comparable qualification with additional training as a Personnel Specialist. You should have several years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar position, ideally within the service sector (e.g., Hospitality). Your background in collaborating with works councils makes you a valuable resource in all personnel-related matters.
You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with leaders, employees, and external stakeholders, while clearly communicating complex issues. Your process-oriented approach and sense of responsibility will shine through in both daily operations and strategic initiatives. A knack for inspiring others, mediating conflicts, and fostering trust is essential.
Proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written, is required.
