Responsibilities : - People & Culture: Infuse vitality into our team culture by fostering an environment where employees thrive and enjoy their work. - Recruiting: Oversee the entire applicant pipeline, ensuring we attract not just candidates, but the ideal fits for our organization. - Onboarding: Create a welcoming experience for new hires from day one, helping them feel they belong. - Employer Branding: Promote Soley as a desirable workplace across platforms like LinkedIn, universities, and anywhere we can reach potential talent. - HR Administration: Work alongside our external firm to maintain a streamlined HR back office, including Personio, payroll, certificates, and agreements. - Office & Events: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, making it a collaborative and enjoyable space for the team.
Requirements : - 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a startup or scale-up environment. - A passion for actively cultivating company culture rather than merely managing it. - An intuitive understanding of what motivates individuals and keeps teams united. - Recruitment is more than a procedure for you; it’s about persuasion and finding the right people who align with our vision. - Familiarity with AI tools and their effective application in HR processes. - Enjoy being present in the office and committed to creating a welcoming team space. - Excellent command of German (C1+) and good proficiency in English.
