Responsibilities : As an IT Consultant / Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing client projects and supporting go-live initiatives. You will lead the charge in driving digital transformation, optimizing and redesigning business processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops and training sessions at client sites, collaborating closely with our development team, and managing multiple exciting projects simultaneously.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your projects, fostering personal growth as you advance towards a Senior Consultant role.

Requirements : To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP consulting is essential, along with a quick comprehension ability, analytical mindset, and proactive approach. A proven track record of successful go-live implementations in the ERP domain is required.

You must possess a positive, can-do attitude and be comfortable presenting to clients. Proficiency in both German and English at a minimum C1 level is necessary.
