CT-11 Level: To qualify for the CT-11 level you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS/CT-09 level). Specialized experience is defined as that through which one has gained experience in 2 or more areas: Assisting in the administration and implementation of records management and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements; Providing support to internal and external stakeholders; Participating in the review, analysis, or evaluation of IT systems and applications; Supporting efforts to research, draft, and maintain records management and/or CUI policies, procedures, and disposition schedules; Conducting or assisting with needs assessments, data collection, and analytical reviews elated to records management or CUI program operations. OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education or doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) related to the position Or a combination of graduate level education and specialized experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
CT-12 Level: To qualify for the CT-12 level you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS/CT-11 level). Specialized experience is defined as that through which one has gained experience in all of the following areas: Assisting in the administration and implementation of records management and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements; Providing support to internal and external stakeholders; Participating in the review, analysis, or evaluation of IT systems and applications; Supporting efforts to research, draft, and maintain records management and/or CUI policies, procedures, and disposition schedules; Conducting or assisting with needs assessments, data collection, and analytical reviews elated to records management or CUI program operations.
