Autismservices, a dedicated family support organization based in North Battleford, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their Administration/Information Technology department. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential technical support while contributing to meaningful community services in Abee, AB.

Responsibilities **
• Deliver first-level technical assistance to staff and users across multiple locations • Support document management systems and optimize Microsoft 365 applications • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues to ensure smooth operations • Perform regular maintenance on IT equipment and systems • Travel to various outreach locations to provide on-site technical support • Collaborate with the IT team to maintain technology infrastructure

Requirements **
Candidates should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with Microsoft 365 suite. The ideal applicant will be comfortable working in a multi-site environment and willing to travel to outreach locations as needed. Previous experience in IT support or help desk roles would be advantageous.
