Your Impact: In the position of Regulatory Operations Lead, your expertise in regulatory operations will be invaluable as you guide cross-functional teams through diverse regulatory landscapes. You will lead with influence, navigate ambiguity, and foster innovation to deliver scalable, product-focused regulatory solutions.
Your responsibilities will include: - Spearheading the strategic development and execution of comprehensive regulatory programs across various jurisdictions, while effectively communicating insights and outcomes to senior management. - Overseeing the end-to-end execution of complex regulatory initiatives, ensuring measurable results and operational sustainability to meet evolving legal standards with excellence. - Translating emerging regulatory trends into actionable strategies for senior leadership. - Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to create systems and tools that facilitate proactive and automated compliance solutions. - Identifying regulatory risks and incidents, coordinating with legal and policy teams to craft effective mitigation and escalation strategies. - Influencing cross-functional roadmaps and corporate strategy through your deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.
