Responsibilities : We are seeking a skilled full life-cycle Recruiter to support Figma's growth in Singapore and across the APAC region. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing our talent acquisition strategy, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to attract top-tier talent across various business functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for business divisions, particularly in sales and marketing. - Collaborating with leadership to create effective talent sourcing strategies for critical roles. - Building a robust pipeline of diverse candidates through proactive outreach, event participation, and creating engaging content, while also managing inbound applications and referrals. - Utilizing data to enhance hiring strategies and sharing insights with executives to drive meaningful improvements. - Identifying and leading initiatives to improve business recruitment processes.
Requirements : To thrive in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 6 years of comprehensive in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. - Proven experience working with senior executives on high-volume recruitment in go-to-market teams. - In-depth knowledge of the SaaS and tech landscape in APAC, especially Singapore. - Strong sourcing abilities and skills to engage passive candidates effectively. - The capability to develop a comprehensive talent strategy in partnership with hiring managers while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
While not mandatory, it’s a bonus if you have: -
Experience recruiting across multiple APAC countries. - Proficiency in an Asian language such as Japanese or Korean.
