Responsibilities : As a Technical Quality Specialist for Figma Weave, you will be instrumental in shaping the support landscape for our revolutionary platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gaining in-depth knowledge of Figma Weave’s products and understanding our customers’ journeys, from Product Designers to Developers, to troubleshoot and diagnose intricate bugs. - Engaging with our customers through email and forums, taking the initiative to resolve complex issues and ensuring satisfaction. - Investigating and resolving sophisticated customer inquiries by accurately diagnosing issues and effectively communicating them to our Engineering teams. - Working closely with internal teams to enhance the Figma Weave experience for our users, ensuring high-quality interactions that foster trust within the community.
